LeMay Car Museum, Even Better the 2nd Time

When Harold LeMay was in his car-buying years, his dream was to acquire a Tucker. Only 51 had been made. One finally became available. Asking price? $45,000. Harold thought that was too much and didn’t buy.

After he died in 2000, his wife Nancy wanted to create a memorial for the man who amassed a 3,500 car collection. She found a Tucker. Asking price? $350,000

That Tucker is now the STAR attraction at America’s Car Museum in Tacoma Washington. We visited for a 2nd time yesterday & also went to the resee the LeMay Marymount car collection…better than ever.
